By accessing or using Tango Insight ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Tango Insight is a therapy storytelling community and therapist marketplace that connects patients with therapists through shared experiences. The Platform allows users to share personal stories, discover therapists, and book therapy sessions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Consent

• By submitting stories or other content, you grant Tango Insight a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the Platform.
• All story submissions require explicit consent before publication.
• Stories are reviewed by administrators before being published.
• You retain ownership of your original content.
• You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights.

5. Therapist Marketplace

• Therapist profiles are verified through an application and review process.
• Tango Insight does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any therapist.
• The relationship between a user and a therapist is independent of Tango Insight.
• Therapists are responsible for maintaining their own professional licensing and insurance.

6. Payments

• Payments for therapy sessions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
• All fees are displayed before booking confirmation.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual therapists and displayed on their profiles.
• Tango Insight is not responsible for disputes between users and therapists regarding payment.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Tango Insight.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Tango Insight does not provide medical or therapeutic advice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tango Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
